ABOUT

Technology optimist.
Pragmatist by experience.

I have spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of technology and business. What interests me is not technology for its own sake, but what happens when strategy, software, data, people and organizations actually come together.

Most recently, I led Corporate Digitalization & AI at Kistler. I designed and implemented an enterprise AI & Data strategy, built a group-wide Data Lakehouse as a foundation for analytics and AI, and helped move AI from prototypes into everyday operations.

Before that, I led global software and consulting teams, managed international transformations and worked with executives on operating models, digital business and technology decisions. Earlier in my career, I also built a Swiss nonprofit around mobile micro-donations. That mix of technology, business and societal impact is part of what shapes naivety.org.

Why naivety?

01

Stay curious.

Curiosity is not a lack of experience. It is what keeps us willing to challenge assumptions.

02

Useful beats fashionable.

AI does not need to impress. It needs to help people, decisions or processes become better.

03

Humans stay accountable.

The more capable technology becomes, the more important judgment, responsibility and conscious choices become.
